Pathological Comparative and Documentary Study on Diabetic Vascular Disease

Abstract
In 1921, the discovery of insulin opened a new era for the diabetes, but today, after a long time of 60 years has passed, we are encountering with a new situation as called the vascular disease peculiar to the diabetes.
In recent days, the researches on the established cell line accompanying the development of bionics shows the possibility to avail ourselves of the pancreas transplantation, and furthermore the development of the genetic engineering has brought the successful synthesis of human insulin. From the beginning of 1980¢¥s, the research on the pathology of diabetes has focused on the occurring subsequent to the insulin receptor. With respect to the pathology of diabetic microangiopathy, a new research is required owing to the Mason-type diabetes and the Chlorpropamide Alcohol Flunshing reaction.
Our team has been interested deeply since 1970 in such diabetic vascular disease as Stout reported in 1968, and made our every effort to an experimental research using the test models of various laboratory animals, a basic clinical and experimental study on the conditions of disease, and a comparative study through a documentary examination and review, with the emphasis on the nonphysiological hyperinsulinemia, from which we have drawn the following conclusion:
1. The diabetic vascular disease is a fatalistic complication all diabetics are destined to be met, under the present therapeutic level;
2. In a medical treatment for the diabetes, any overdose of the insulin injection or oral blood sugar descending agent for the purpose of mere descending of blood sugar causes a state of excess nonphysiological insulin in the blood only to exacerbate the diabetic microvascular disease
